Two yoga teachers from two generations will assist you to come back to yourself and back to nature with gentle exercises, mantras and essential oils. We will support you using elements from Hatha, Kundalini and Restorative Yoga as well as Yoga Therapy.
Our All Age Retreat is yoga for all levels and all ages and offers a safe space for you that enables individual practice.
